Together with I-Vit Wellness Lounge

If you've been running on fumes lately, I-Vit Wellness Lounge is worth knowing about. They do IV drips, injections, and quick wellness treatments. No hour-long commitment required. Their Express Drip takes about 15 minutes and delivers hydration plus vitamins for $50 standalone or $30 as an add-on.

This month, their Myers' Classic drip is the featured pick, and it's $35 off (or 20% off, whichever works better for you). That's their most popular option and a solid entry point if you've never done IV therapy before.

They also just launched a 10-pack injection bundle if you want to build consistency into your routine. Mix and match B12, NAD+, MICC, or immune support shots at a discount.

Call or text 254-362-2245 or head to ivitwaco.com to book.

WHERE TO MEET PEOPLE IN WACO
A reader asked me recently: "Sam, do you have any resources that list groups in Waco where people can meet doing things like chess, art, hiking, other activities to enjoy a variety of interests?"

I do now. It covers hiking groups, art classes, book clubs, trivia nights, sports leagues, and more. If you're new to Waco or just looking to do fun stuff and meet people, bookmark it. Where to Meet People in Waco
