TOGETHER WITH I-VIT WELLNESS LOUNGE

Most people who try IV therapy say the same thing afterward: why did I wait so long?
Unlike oral supplements, IV delivers nutrients straight into your bloodstream at 100% absorption. Sessions are 30 to 45 minutes, overseen by a medical professional, and a lot of Wacoans have quietly made it part of their routine.
This month: NAD+ infusions are up to $150 off. NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell in your body that drives energy production, cellular repair, and healthy aging. Most people notice it in their energy levels, mental clarity, and recovery.
For Father's Day, the Myers, Top Shelf, Optimum, and Elite drips are 15% off.
I-ViT is at 300 S. 2nd St. Walk-ins welcome.

BUZZWORTHY NEWS
🐾 Tonight is First Friday. Bring the Dog.

📸 Tour Texas
June's First Friday Downtown theme is Dog Days of Summer: dog-friendly patios, summer specials, live music, and cold drinks all across downtown Waco. All day, all evening, free to attend.
Participating businesses are running exclusive First Friday deals you won't find any other night. The walkable stretch makes it easy to just wander and see where the evening takes you.
If your dog has been inside all week, this is the outing they deserve. If you don't have a dog, borrow one.
🌭 And While You're At It: The Hot Dog Crawl
In case you missed Sunday's edition, Waco's first-ever Hot Dog Crawl runs all month at select restaurants across the city. The free digital passport guides you to each spot, where you can try their special dog, check in, and earn merch.
Tonight there's a Hot Dog Crawl House Party on 7th Street Plaza starting at 5:30 PM, with Creative Waco and City Center Waco. First 100 people get a free hot dog. Live music around 6. No reservation needed.
👉 Get the free digital passport here
🍩 Free Donut Friday
Shipley's is giving away a free glazed donut with any purchase every Friday in June. That's today, at their Waco locations. You're welcome.
🐟 Texas Free Fishing Day is Saturday
Once a year, Texas opens every public waterway to anyone with a rod, no fishing license needed. That day is this Saturday.
Buena Vista Park has a community fishing lake that's about as relaxed as a Saturday morning gets. Cameron Park, Brazos Park East, Lake Waco, and Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir are all fair game too. It costs nothing.
📌 One Quick Thing
On Tuesday I asked what we should call that tangle of an intersection at Hillcrest and New Road. The Bermuda Triangle got the most votes. Scrambled Eggs and the Waco Chicken Wing both earned honorable mentions. But dozens of you wrote in with the same answer: locals have called it The Mousetrap for years. Welcome to the club, fellow newcomers.

It's Dog Days of Summer in Waco, which means this section has never felt more appropriate. The sponsorship for this section is available again. Two rules: your business must be dog-focused, and you have to commit for the full year. It costs less than you'd think. Email [email protected] to claim your spot.

Flower has a way of brightening every room she enters. This 2-year-old Corgi mix is full of charm, personality, and plenty of happy energy. Whether she's making new friends, exploring the world around her, or soaking up attention, she is always ready to put a smile on someone's face.
She's looking for a family who will love her as much as she'll love them.
Flower is at Fuzzy Friends Rescue and ready to meet her person.
